Insurance Accepted and Payment Plans

We work with some health insurance plans. Individuals in need of our services who lack insurance and who are worried about the high costs need not worry. We have highly affordable rates & flexible payment plans allowing access to high-quality care for you and your family.

Please call or email to check on your particular plan - both doctors participate with Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield & Florida Health Care. We no longer participate with Aetna, United HealthCare or Medicaid. We do not work with auto or workers comp cases.
